Great service all around! I would highly recommend them. I put in a request through Yelp because my dryer was squeaking. I got an immediate response to schedule an appointment the next day between 9 and 11. They charge an assessment fee that goes towards the repair. Then I received a call from Sergii around 8:30 the next day confirming that he was on his way. Sergii assessed the issue and told me the price. Once I agreed, he started the repair right away. The dryer is stacked, and he had to do a lot of maneuvering; it looked like a tough job for one person. But he got it done! He finished in about an hour. He was very professional and polite. It was really nice to resolve this issue within less than a day of contacting the business.
